The Khaki family has been in the carpet business for almost a century.
The Khaki’s are a mainstay at the Qum City bazaar. After graduating from
high school, the young Saeid began studying carpet manufacturing and started
his own business under the recommendation of his father. He focused on
the use of color and the designing of patterns. His sensitive approach
enlivened his
works. Mr. Morteza Nayeri (President of Sanai Dasti Chahar Bagh)
Mr. Morteza Nayeri manages handcrafts shops in Tehran City. His shops are busy every day with tourists from all over the world. They are regarded as the leading handicraft shops in Iran. Hand-woven kilim rugs are popular specialty items at his ships. Mr. Nayeri also exports them to countries all over the world.
